A micro-ohmmeter for contact, joint and bonding resistance, where the value being measured is small enough that the test leads themselves would dominate an ordinary measurement. Used for switchgear contact checks, earth bonding verification and busbar joint inspection, all of which are routine on commissioning and periodic maintenance.
