Who we are

This site is operated by Luluaa Hardware & Safety Equipment LLC, of Shop No. 06, Al Murar Bldg., B/H West Hotel, Naif Road, Deira,Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Where this policy says “we” or “us”, it means that company.

We are the controller of the personal information described below. If you have a question about it, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. In practice that means:

• Enquiry details — your name, company, phone number, email address, delivery emirate and whatever you write in the message, when you submit an enquiry or quotation request.
• Correspondence — the content of emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls about a quotation or an order.
• Technical information — standard server records such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not operate customer accounts or logins.

Why we use it

• To prepare and send you a quotation, and to answer your question.
• To process, deliver and invoice an order you place.
• To keep records required for tax, VAT and accounting purposes.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We will not add you to a marketing list off the back of an enquiry.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is necessary to do the job you asked for, and only with:

• Service providers who host this website and store our data on our instructions.
• Couriers and logistics partners, where an order has to be delivered to you.
• Our accountants and auditors, and any authority we are legally required to disclose to.

Third-party services on this site

Two features on this site connect to services run by other companies. Using them means those companies may receive information about you, including your IP address, and may set cookies of their own:

• Google Maps — the map on our contact page is embedded from Google.
• WhatsApp — the WhatsApp buttons open a conversation with us through WhatsApp, operated by Meta.

Their own privacy policies govern what they do with that information.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies that may be set are those required for the page to work, and any set by the embedded Google map described above.

If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so and say what is collected.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Records relating to an actual order — quotations, invoices and delivery records — are kept for the period UAE tax and commercial law requires.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy.
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete information we no longer have a legal reason to keep.
• Stop using your information for a particular purpose.

Write to us using the details below and we will respond. We may need to confirm who you are first.

Security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and held in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us and we limit access to the people who need it to do their job.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in quietly.
