1. About these terms

This website is operated by Luluaa Hardware & Safety Equipment LLC, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site or accepting a quotation from us, you agree to these terms.

Where you have a separate signed supply agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over anything written here.

2. Quotations

A quotation is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. It is valid for the period stated on it, and is subject to the goods remaining available at the time you confirm.

Quotations are prepared on the specifications you give us. If a model number, quantity or specification changes, the quotation changes with it.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, or when we deliver the goods, whichever happens first. We may decline an order — for example where stock has sold, where a price was published in error, or where a product has been discontinued by the manufacturer.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams. Unless the quotation says otherwise, prices exclude VAT, which is added at the rate applicable on the date of invoice.

Where a price is shown on this website, it is indicative and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one on the quotation or invoice we issue to you.

Payment terms are those stated on the quotation or agreed in writing.

5. Product information

Descriptions, specifications and images on this site are provided for guidance. Manufacturers change specifications, packaging and finishes without notifying resellers, and the item you receive may differ in detail from the image shown.

Where a measurement, rating or standard matters to your application, confirm it with us in writing before you order. We would rather answer the question than replace the wrong item.

6. Trademarks and brand names

Brand names, model numbers and trademarks on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we supply.

We are an independent supplier and stockist. Nothing on this site should be read as claiming that we are an authorised dealer, distributor or agent of any manufacturer, or that any manufacturer endorses us.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms, timescales and any charges are set out on our delivery and returns page and confirmed on your quotation. Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, or on collection from our counter. Title passes when we have been paid in full.

8. Warranty

Goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty that applies to them. We pass that warranty through to you and will help you make a claim under it.

Warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised repair, or damage caused by using a product outside its rated conditions.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the price paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of contract, or downtime.

10. Use of this website

The content of this site — text, layout, photographs and code — belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print it for your own business use. You may not copy it onto another website, or use it commercially, without our written permission.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
