Fluke T150 two-pole voltage and continuity tester with resistance measurement. A two-pole voltage and continuity tester, which is the instrument a proper dead test is actually done with. Unlike a non-contact pen it loads the circuit, so it will not be fooled by induced voltage on a disconnected conductor. The tool an inspector expects to see on a safe isolation. The T150 adds a resistance range, which covers the continuity and bonding checks that would otherwise mean carrying a second instrument.
