Fluke 190-104 ScopeMeter four-channel handheld oscilloscope, 100 MHz. A ScopeMeter is a handheld oscilloscope built for a plant room rather than a bench: sealed, battery powered and rated for the voltages found on industrial circuits. It shows the shape of a signal, which is what a multimeter cannot do - and on drives, control systems and intermittent faults the shape is the diagnosis. Four isolated channels let all three phases and a neutral or reference be watched at once, which is the measurement a three-phase drive fault actually needs.
