Fluke 190-102 ScopeMeter two-channel handheld oscilloscope, 100 MHz. A ScopeMeter is a handheld oscilloscope built for a plant room rather than a bench: sealed, battery powered and rated for the voltages found on industrial circuits. It shows the shape of a signal, which is what a multimeter cannot do - and on drives, control systems and intermittent faults the shape is the diagnosis. At 100 MHz the 190 series is the fastest of the handhelds, for work that a 40 MHz instrument cannot resolve.
