Kyoritsu KEW 5050 Ior logger for accurate resistive leakage current measurement. Ior is the resistive part of the leakage current, and separating it from the capacitive part is the whole diagnostic. Capacitive leakage is normal on any installation with filtering; resistive leakage means the insulation is failing. Measuring total leakage cannot tell the two apart.
