Kyoritsu KEW 2413F large-jaw leakage clamp meter with a frequency filter switch. Leakage measurement means resolving milliamps around a conductor carrying full load, which is a far harder measurement than it looks. The frequency filter removes the harmonic content that otherwise inflates the reading, and the large jaw takes the heavy cable where leakage problems tend to appear.
